Chapter 1
Theoretical Foundations
Psychosomatic Energeticspsyche, body and subtle energy
working together

The physical body (Soma)- inherited
inherited constitution, diet, fitness,
bacteria, injuries, etc.

The emotional body (Psyche) –
emotions and feelings, earlier experiences

The energetic body (subtle energy) –
life force and its harmony
Chapter II
Subtle Energy
and
How to Measure it
Where is subtle energy located and
what does it do?




It is an energy form that cannot be
measured by the methods of conventional
physics.
It is considered to be the life force and
carries information needed for the body to
function
It is found everywhere – but in varying
concentrations
Related terms: Ch‘i, Prana, Orgone, Od,
Ether
Functions of subtle energy
(the “Aura”)




Leads to the feeling of being alive, vital,
healthy and “inside oneself”
Significantly influences the proper
functioning of autonomic nervous
regulation
Is important for metabolic regulation and
its functions
Supports our ability to regenerate
ourselves
Meaning of the
energy levels

Vital body – life force, feeling one’s own
strength and and power

Emotional body – emotions, moods, defense
system, ability to concentrate

Mental body – alertness, awareness of one’s
personality (Ego)

Causal body – deep subconscious, archetypes,
subtler qualities such as intuition, higher
sensitivity
The Reba® Test Device




Developed in 1997 by Dieter Jossner
(biophysicist) and Dr. Reimar Banis (medical
professional)
Emits a spectrum of frequencies using the
four EEG frequencies: Delta, Theta, Alpha and
Beta
Different frequency ranges can be added using
the button controls (0 – 99%)
Patient reactions to these frequencies register in
kinesiological or other energy testing methods
Typical test situation in
Psychosomatic Energetics
Testing Flowchart *
* Source: Dr. Reimer Banis – Psychosomatic Energetics – A Manual for Therapist
What happens in the
arm-length test?
Using the Reba device, we stress the patient,
i.e. present a broader range of frequencies
(0 – 100%)

As soon as the patient can no longer
compensate the disturbance,
coordination of muscle tension between
the left and right body halves breaks down,
and the arm lengths will abruptly differ.

Important mistakes to
watch out for




Being anxious and expecting
something – so just remain relaxed
and neutral, no matter what!
Mental testing – try not to think of
anything in particular: empty your inner
space of all thoughts!
Agitation (or geopathic stress) in the
vicinity of the testing site
The tester’s own energy blocks!!
Sample interpretations of Reba
readings
Vital 100% = feeling fit and full of energy
Vital 40–70% = feeling tired
Vital < 40% = constant fatigue
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Emotional 100% = good mood, vibrant
Emotional 40–70% = lack of drive and joy
Emotional < 30% = depression, feeling empty
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mental 100% = brain functions okay
Mental 70% = lack of concentration, mentally reduced
Mental 20% = psychosis, etc.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Causal 40% = average
Causal 70% = sensible, intuitive
Causal 90% = high intuition, above average sensitivity
Diagnosing energy blocks

Specific homeopathic test ampoules (for
geopathic stress, chakras, conflicts) are brought
into contact with the patient

If the patient suffers from a certain condition,
the corresponding ampoule
will respond positively
to the muscle test
What energy blocks are there,and
how can we find them?
Geopathic stress – Geovita® test
ampoule respond s
 Chakra blocks – Chavita® test
ampoule responds (mostly caused
by emotional conflicts)
 Emotional conflicts – Emvita® test
ampoule responds

Diagnosing
geopathic stress

Geovita® test
ampoule responds.
We can also test
for the most stressed
body segment with
Segment Diagnostics
What to do if
geopathic stress is found

Hire a competent dowser, and move the bed
away from the stress zone (Never use shields:
they are ineffective in the long run!!)
Use trial and error to find the best bed location

Don’t use any electrical devices in the bedroom,
such as TV sets, computers, cell/cordless
phones, etc.
Chapter IV
Emotional Conflicts

Verifiable in over 95% of all cases

According to PSE, are among the
most important disease causes
Structure of a conflict
Vital (green)
Emotional (red)
Mental (blue)
Causal (violet)
Umbilical Cord
Conflict size



Conflicts can be small, medium or large
(depending on the strength of the suppressed
emotion and the age of the conflict.
The stronger the feeling and the older the
conflict, the larger it becomes)
The larger a conflict, the greater its
emotional impact (up to the point where
it determines the type of character)
The larger a conflict, the more energy it
steals.
The 7 Chakras



The disturbed Chakra
often explains quite well
the patient’s complaints
It shortens testing,
because the active Chakra
reduces the number of
possible conflicts to a very
few (namely the ones
associated with the active
Chakra)
It makes testing more
precise, because one tests
only the active conflict
Which conflict belongs to
which Chakra?


Upper
abdominal
Chakra
(3rd
Chakra)
Chavita® 3
positive
Associated conflict
themes
Conflict 8: Isolated
Conflict 9: Pent-up
emotions
Conflict 10: Wanting
more
Conflict 11: Craving
good feelings
Chapter V
Conflict
Interpretation
Interpretation of the REBA®
readings (about the conflict)
Vital (%) – the amount of life force stolen by the
conflict
Emotional (%) – the amount of emotional power
absorbed by the conflict
Mental (%) – the patient’s degree of awareness
of t he conflict
Causal (%) – the age of the conflict,
how deeply rooted it is, and how
long it will have to be treated
Interpreting the conflict

Adapted to patient and surroundings (key
phrases: children, patient’s rejection of
emotional contents, frank and open
conversation) –
Principle: the patient doesn’t have to know the
conflict in order to get well!

Explain the conflict contents clearly

Optional – Meaning of the conflict with respect
to the patient’s past and future (work out with
the patient)
Therapizing conflicts
with homeopathic drops





There’s usually only one active conflict and
one blocked Chakra
Effective therapy using homeopathic
compounds (Emvita® and Chavita®)
Dosage: 12 drops twice daily (children under six
half as much)
Duration of therapy: depends on the size of
the causal level of the conflict. It typically takes
5 weeks: 1 bottle for every 20% of the conflict
Side-effects: just a little initial worsening, but
frequently vivid dreams
Typical healing process





Success rate averages 80% of general-practice
patients
Success after breaking up a single conflict: 20–
30% (mostly children, simply-structured or
highly spiritual persons)
Success after 2–3 conflicts (8–12 months): 50%
For 5% of patients, therapy takes more than
one-and-a-half years (or longer)
20% of patients do not respond (usually after a
year with still no effect)
“Peeling off onionskin layers”
and side-effects
Note – In most patients, the
dissolution of 2–3 (or more) conflicts
is like peeling off onionskin layers
 Eventually, the Central Conflict
surfaces (Advanced Seminar topic)
 Finally, the Central Conflict appears
in the Heart Chakra (see “The birth
of conflicts”)

Chapter VII
