Expedition for windows 是国际规范的施工管理和合同管理软件
,以合同管理为中心有机地管理合同履行过程。精明的管理者直

际上最为流行的商品化的施工管理和合同控制软件。 Exp内含几
个专家系统,其中最富吸引力的有:
(1)费用管理系统
费用的管理以一张费用表为中心,将工程概算、合同、实际费用
予以全面及时地跟踪,任何数据都有“依据”记录在不同的事务
记录中。拔入概算多少?已签合同工作量多少?已完成工作量多
少?已实际支付多少?这些事务都是什么时候以什么名义发生的
?一切依据文件随时可查。
(2)变更管理系统
变更管理让用户设计变更流程,从变更的起始到变更令的签发,
其间往往复复,不管多少周折,全部记录在案,而且“链接”在
一起,以便日后检索、处理争议、进行索赔或反索赔。




(3)进度管理系统
进度款管理是Exp 最受欢迎的模块,除常规的单价自动核审、
进度款汇总外,不管如何复杂的扣款方式和扣款种类,不管如何
复杂的报表形式,不管业主和承包商之间距离多远,Exp的进度
款管理模块在最短的时间解决最实际的问题。
(4)其它管理系统
除了以上各个管理系统外, 还有图纸管理、采购与到货管理、
往来文件管理、会议纪要、备忘录、电子办公、提交件审批跟踪
与催办、关键词检索等模块。 任何图纸、照片与电子文件可在线
式挂接在Exp记录之上。Exp与本公司开发的工程档案及竣工移交
资料管理系统PowerArchivist联用则更具威力。 为了Exp的作用
发挥到极至,Primavera公司还开发了Digger,使Exp的数据可通
