• Unlimited menu of automated services
• Access anytime/anywhere
• Rarely go to the bank
– Automatic Payroll Deposit
– Internet Banking & Bill Payment
– Get cash at ATM’s or POS
– Bank by Mail, Bank by Phone (mobile too!)
• Little or no contact with bank staff
It so easy and convenient…
You don’t even need a banker!

• Chose the right bank
– Identify your needs compared to Products/Services offered
• Consolidate your banking
– Premium pricing and loan discounts are often available for
full relationship customers
• Ask about all Products/Services offered
– Choose those that make your life easier!!
• Avoid fees and charges that can damage the
relationship
