Business Management Class
Each week I would plan 5 days of Daily:
Essential Question within the Essential Standard: Displayed
on a white board or on each student’s computer screen
(using Net Support software)
Guided Practice: Bell Ringer, Teaching/Instructional time,
Brainstorm, and/or Discussion in teams or whole class.
Students take notes using student made graphic organizers
or Cornell note taking method (1)
Independent Practice: A planned Activity: individual or
group where students use their current knowledge, notes,
and research the internet/magazines/newspapers or other
materials to complete the project based assignment.
Assessment: Homework, completed student notes/graphic
organizer, assignment in hardcopy (MSOffice or hand
drawn), oral presentation (informal or formal), quiz or test.
Summarize: Student discussions on what was learned
today, EQ within the context of the Essential Standard
