Vocational education is described in 7 levels:
1. Low skills; will do a lot of repetitive work
2. Worker / co-worker, needs accurate instruction, has limited
understanding of theory, is focussed on practical repetitive
work.
3. Skilled worker; needs instruction, can take some
responsibility (e.g. herdsman)
4. Entrepreneur of professional: is responsible for a farm,
needs no instruction, can take his own decisions.
5. BSc - Bachelor
6. MSc - Master
7. PhD - Doctor.
