Local government spatial plan long-term planning document Detailed planproposed by land owner Land border plan/plan of encumbrances of the real estate object proposed by land owner Law On the Information System of Encumbered Territories What is a Definition of Encumbered Territory? According to Law, encumbered territory implies a territory where restrictions of ownership land-use rights are set ISET Data Content encumbered territory and its border (223 types of territories) object which requires protection zone (125 kinds of objects) ISET Data Providers ISET Data from approx. 400 data providers Implementation of ISET and Data Submission ISET is implemented within project „Development and implementation of State Land Service geospatial data GIS” co-financed by European Reconstruction and Development Fund (ERDF) ISET is to be implemented until December 31, 2013 Initially Data holder submits data starting from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 Benefits for the Society After Development of the ISET All Information about Encumbered Territories in Country is Available Collectively, Under Unified Classification and Specification Automatic Update of Encumbered Territory, Following Changes in Regulatory Enactments ISET automatically draws border of protected zone 7meters from the outer wire of the overhead lines of electric power ISET automatically redraws border of protected zone at a distance of 15 meters from the axis of the electric power line following the changes in regulatory enactments Simplified Procedure of Obtaining the Data on Encumbrances Plan of encumbrances of the real state ISET Intersection of ISET data and cadaster map Cadastre Information System Automatic registration of encumbrance of real estate in text data Land Register ?
