Entries to reach the Manager, West Derby Golf Club, Yew Tree Lane, Liverpool L12 9HQ, first post 1st May 2012. A stamped self addressed envelope and the appropriate Entry Fee must accompany the entry form otherwise entries will not necessarily be considered or acknowledged. 2. Tee times and Markers will be arranged upon application. The order and starting time will be posted to each first named competitor. Pairs wishing to nominate specific playing partners should notify the Club accordingly when entering. After May 1st entrance fees will not be refunded. 3. In the event of a tie (or ties) the rules of the Lancashire Union of Golf Clubs shall apply. 4. Each entrant must be a member of a recognised Golf Club & hold a current handicap. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without assigning a reason for its action. All disputes shall be referred pending a decision, which shall be final. 5. The Committee reserves the right to accept late entries but only if suitable times are available Notes: Full catering facilities are available throughout the day.
