- The perfect replacement for Dialogic (Eicon, NMS,
Brooktrout), Sangoma, Aculab and Digium card solutions
• x86 processor
• Embedded processor
• Small-med-large applications
• Small-med applications (less than 50 users)
• Greater cost
• Lower cost
• Greater power requirements
• Lower power requirements
• Greater integration effort
• Little or no integration effort required
(cards, drivers, components & building PC)
• Stigma: PC not as reliable as a
proprietary PBX
• Purpose built, solid state, more reliable
• Familiar development environment
• Embedded development environment
• Large in size

VoIP Quality of Service
•VoIP Lifecycle Management
•Network Pre-Assessment
Value proposition:
Identify QOS issues up front saving future (immediate) customer complaints.
Save additional truck rolls by resolving network usage issues during the first visit.
Identify opportunity to sell replacement network infrastructure to resolve potential issues.
Minimize time spent at an install that is never going to work properly
Identify appropriate/reasonable SLA terms
•Emergency VoIP Diagnostics
Value proposition:
Stop the finger pointing between bandwidth provider, local network, and the solution.
Reduce customer dissatisfaction by addressing quality issues quickly via in depth
diagnosis info.
Minimize truck rolls, by monitoring remotely, then sending the right tech, or no roll at all.
Service is provided on an as needed basis. No monthly recurring fees
Expert network analysis of data is available (*extra charge)
•24/7 Monitoring
Value proposition:
Characterize quality issues and isolate them before the user experience is severely
degraded
Reduce the risk of not meeting your SLA commitments
Track and troubleshoot VoIP signalling issues
On-demand SLA reports use advanced correlation techniques to isolate problem sources,
saving hours of engineering support time in chasing down the source of the problem.

Hosted Hybrid Solutions
1. On-site Recording Apps
• Some customers want local recording
• Some hosted architectures do not “see”
the media
• Legal liability of the service provider
have the recording in their possession
2. IP Survivability (Chicken Switch):
• loss of link
• Power outage safety line
• 911
3. Fax
4. GSM Routing (lease cost routing)
5.
6.
7.
8.
Handset switch for multiple local operators
Paging
Auto-provisioning
Perceived value of CPE H/W (also a churn
barrier)
9. QoS (roadmap item): Warp would enable the
customer to provide “your own bandwidth”
vs. the service provider providing separate
bandwidth.
10.Gateway to facilitate transition from PBX to
Hosted (keep your own phones, PBX, wiring)
11.Key system add-ons like: door opener, bells,
temp sensors, badge access readers, etc
