» Forms available in the Counseling Dept. or
through AP teacher
» WHS will pay for one AP exam
˃ Additional exams will be at student’s expense ($82 per exam)
» Forms and payment due in the Counseling
Dept. by February 27th
» Two pre-administration sessions will be held
prior to testing week. Students who are
testing are required to attend one of them.
» What to bring:
˃ No. 2 pencils
˃ Pens with black or dark blue
ink
˃ Up to two approved
calculators (if applicable)
» What not to bring:
˃ Electronic equipment (cell
phones, laptops, iPods, etc.)
˃ Again….cell phones
˃ Text books or note books
˃ Scratch paper
˃ Watches that have audible
alarms
˃ Food or drink
» Know AP Testing Policies and
Procedures (pages 3-4 in Bulletin for
AP Students and Parents)
˃ Strictly enforced
» Arrive early
» Be well rested
» Dismissal Policy
˃ Students must remain in exam room for entire duration of exam
regardless if they have finished testing OR have extracurricular
activities (i.e., sports, clubs, work, etc.)
» Leaving after an exam
˃ There is no WHS dismissal policy for AP exam students on testing
days. Students must follow standard dismissal procedure if they wish
to leave after the exam.
» “Once I’ve finished testing…”
˃ Students may not take out phones, iPods, books, etc. after they finish
testing.
» Scores range from 5-1 scale
» Check apscore.org after exams to find out when
you can access your scores in July.
» In July, log on to apscore.org using your College
Board account username and password.
» Sending AP Scores to Colleges:
˃ Student can indicate schools on first AP answer sheet they fill out for
free
˃ Click “Ready to send your scores to colleges” button after logging in to
scores ($15 per report)
