COUNSELING PROGRAM GOALS
2013-2014
• 1.) To increase the graduation rate from 96.9% to 97.6 % (one more student)
• 2.) To reduce the amount of freshman failures for 2013-2014 school year from
4.6% to 2.8% - a 1.5% decrease in the failure rate.
• 3.) 100% of 8th grade students will choose a career goal during their
Individual Graduation Plan meeting with their middle school counselor.
