Проведение в стенах Герценовского университета
такой масштабной международной конференции
по проблемам инклюзивного образования,
можно считать признанием заслуг нашего вуза
в развитии этого направления образовательной
политики в России.
Holding such a large-scale international conference on
the issues of inclusive education within the walls of the
Herzen University testifies to the recognition of this
University’s achievements in the development of this
branch of educational policy in Russia.

педагогики)

молодежи, относящихся к сфере социальной
инклюзии
THE HERZEN UNIVERSITY HAS ACCUMULATED REAL
EXPERIENCE IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATION, PARTLY IN THE
CONTEXT OF THE UNESCO PROGRAMME
“EDUCATION FOR ALL”
The University actively puts into practice integrated
vocational training of different categories of disabled
students.
This University is one of the first to have started
training specialists for the work with disabled children
(at the Department of Special Pedagogies)
A specific feature of our University is that it
traditionally has been training different categories of
youth related to the sphere of social inclusion.

развитие культурно-языкового многообразия
образовательного пространства России
Этнокультурологическое направление
развитие адаптационных процессов включения
коренных малочисленных народов в российский и
мировой культурный контекст при сохранении их
самобытности, этнической идентичности
THE“ETHNOEDUCATIONAL INCLUSION” PROGRAMME
The programme is based on a combination of two
interrelated principles: development of cultural and
lingual diversity of the Russian educational area and,
simultaneously, development of adaptive processes for
inclusion of small in number indigenous peoples in the
Russian and world cultural context preserving their
originality and ethnic identity. Accordingly, the
programme falls into two basic directions: ethnicphilological and ethnic-culturological.

Основные особенности программы:
билингвальность, реализующаяся в освоении русского
и родного языков и методике их преподавания в
школах северных регионов
культуро-антропологическая направленность
образования, выражающаяся в углубленном изучении
исторических и современных особенностей
этнических культур северных народов
THE“ETHNOEDUCATIONAL INCLUSION” PROGRAMME
Among basic features of the programme
there is real bilingualism accomplished through
mastering Russian and native languages and methods of
their teaching at the northern schools,
as well as cultural-anthropological orientation of
education, realized through advanced studies of
historical and present-day peculiarities of northern
peoples’ ethnic cultures.

«Реальность этноса» - совместная программа
кафедры ЮНЕСКО и института народов Севера , в
рамках которой проходит ежегодная международная
научно-практическая конференция
В 2008 г. прошла юбилейная 10-я конференция
«Реальность этноса»
Многотомное издание материалов конференции
может служить серьезной методологической и
методической базой развития этнообразовательной
инклюзии
THE “REALITY OF ETHNOS” PROGRAMME
This is a co-operative programme of the UNESCO
department and the Institute of the Peoples of the North
“Reality of Ethnos”, and an annual international
workshop as its part.
In 2008 the 10th workshop “Reality of Ethnos” was held.
The multivolume edition of the workshop proceedings
can serve as methodological and procedural foundations
for the development of ethnoeducational inclusion.
ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ПРОГРАММЫ
ПОДГОТОВКИ СПЕЦИАЛИСТОВ, ГОТОВЫХ К РАБОТЕ
С УЧАЩИМИСЯ ИЗ СЕМЕЙ МИГРАНТОВ
На филологическом факультете университета с 2003
года реализуются программы по теории и практике
обучения межкультурной коммуникации в
полиэтнической и поликультурной среде.
В институте детства разработаны авторские
программы курсов по этнопсихологическим основам
обучения русскому языку детей – мигрантов других
национальностей.
Сформирован научно-методический центр
подготовки преподавателей русского языка как
неродного на кафедре межкультурной коммуникации.
FOR SUCCESSFUL PROFESSIONAL WORK AND SOCIAL
ADAPTATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN FROM MIGRANT
FAMILIES SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES HAVE
BEEN WORKED OUT
Since 2003 the philological faculty has been offering bachelor’s
and master’s programmes in the theory and practice of teaching
intercultural communication in the poly-ethnic and poly-cultural
environment.
In the Institute of Childhood, staff teachers of different
University departments have worked out their author’s courses in
ethno-psychological foundations of teaching the Russian
language to children of different nationalities from migrant
families.
At the Department of Multicultural Communication at the Herzen
University there is now a research and methodological centre
for training teachers of Russian as a foreign language.

РЕАЛИЗУЮЩИХ ИДЕЮ НЕПРЕРЫВНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ
Деятельность института переподготовки и
повышения квалификации работников образования.
Включение всего преподавательского состава
университета в разработку инновационной
образовательной программы “Создание
инновационной системы подготовки специалистов в
области гуманитарных технологий в социальной
сфере” в рамках реализации приоритетного
национального проекта “Образование”.
THERE IS A NET OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION
STRUCTURES AT THE HERZEN UNIVERSITY
One of the structures is the Institute of retraining and
professional development for educational specialists. As a factor
of a personality development, as a condition of professional,
cultural and personal development, the idea of the continuity in
education has become the basis for the Institute’s activity.
It is of great significance for the continuity in education, that the
whole University staff has been engaged in the process of
elaboration of an innovation educational program “The
development of an innovation system for training specialists in
the area of humanitarian technologies in the social sphere” in the
framework of the first-priority national project “Education”.
МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЕ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВО ПО ШИРОКОМУ
СПЕКТРУ КУЛЬТУРНО-ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ПРОГРАММ
Решение проблемы кадрового обеспечения
инклюзивного образования, мы связываем с
проектом Европейского союза Темпус, который наш
университет успешно реализует с 2006 г.
Партнеры университета в рамках данного проекта:
•Высший государственный институт образования и
исследований в области обучения людей с ограниченными
возможностями и адаптированного образования (Франция),
•Университет им. Гумбольдта (Германия),
•Лиссабонский технический университет (Португалия) и др.
INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION IN A WIDE RANGE OF
CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES
We hope to solve a more specific problem – that is of providing
staff for inclusive education – with the support of the EU project
TEMPUS, which has been successfully carried out at this
University since 2006.
The Herzen University is partnered in this project by
•the National Centre of Research and Education for Disabled
Children (Centre National D’Etudes et de Formations pour
L’Enfance Inadaptivee - Suresnes, France),
•the Humboldt University, which is a participant of this
conference (Berlin, Germany),
•the Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal) and others.
