• Durable material made of TPE-U • Hardness app. 65 Shore A • Temperature range and resistance to chemicals, weather and ozone - same as for pi GRIP with green lips • Compression set (elastic memory) in par with pi GRIP and Vicas • Thin lips will give ”good enough” grip on corrugated surface • For BL and BX, the “Tapered bellows” design makes it easier to release from mold and it gives stability to design. However, long and short bellows not recommended for high accelerations/speeds

Differences compared to regular and premium Piab cups (justifying price differences) • Rougher general dimensional tolerances • Straightness (concentricity) tolerance up to 2mm. A slight tilt can be visible on large VL_BX/BL cups • Molding “gate” visible – On other injection molded cups ( pi GRIP) we use more expensive “film gates” • Lower requirements concerning “burr” on lips • NOT ”100%” vacuum proof (not to be used with pi SECURE or Vactrap) • Limited technical information on data sheet

Value Line cups - “wear-out condition”

• Value Line cups might start to wear out after approximately 300 000 cycles – Last longer if cycle speed is slower – Smaller cups last longer than large cups • Lip will most likely not wear out first • For bellows cups, wear will start inside bellow folds. An inner grinding makes the material wear and gets a sticky effect => cup worn out • On flat cups, the lip loses elasticity and rises
