There are two ways we can go about renting your property:

Most common way is the conventional way where we sign a lease of certain
length with tenant and then manage property for you. If you buy through
us we will provide you discounted mortgage services, will not
charge tenant finding fee and will provide 50% discount on
monthly management fee.

More innovative way to maximize your rental income will be doing a Lease
to Own Option with prospective buyer of your property. In this case we will
find a tenant before even you buy the house so no waiting for rental
income. Tenant promises to buy your property at the end of lease that is
typically long term (2-3 years). So you don’t have to worry about finding
tenant after expiration of the lease. They will also pay extra $300 to $500
depending on type of the property, to be credited towards the down
payment which increases your buying power so you can bid higher
on the property you really like. Tenant also cares for the property
better as they feel it’s going to be their home. End of the lease if
tenant would qualify to buy then you make a profit through them but if
he/she does not then you are free to sell or keep the property. You can’t
imagine that how many distressed home owners who have just
lost their houses are looking for something like this. This will help
our economy and you in long term. Need not to say that we will offer
the same discounted mortgage and rental services as mentioned
