Objectives
• Understand characteristics of embedded systems
 How is it different from general purpose computer
systems such as PC?
• Build a simple hardware (an embedded system)
• Port µC/OS-II to the hardware
• Study and manipulate real-time operating system
internals using µC/OS-II
