GOD’S PLAN FOR
REDEEMING MAN
Ephesians 3:9-11 and to make all see what is the
fellowship of the mystery, which from the
beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who
created all things through Jesus Christ;
10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of
God might be made known by the church to the
principalities and powers in the heavenly places,
11 according to the eternal purpose which He
accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
MAN IS FINITE, GOD IS
INFINITE
Jeremiah 10:23 O Lord, I know the way of man is not
in himself; It is not in man who walks to direct his
own steps.
Isaiah 55:8-9 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so
are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts
than your thoughts.

INFINITE

TIME

the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from
the night; and let them be for signs and seasons,
and for days and years;…
2 Peter 3:10-11 But the day of the Lord will come as
a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass
away with a great noise, and the elements will melt
with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that
are in it will be burned up.
11 Therefore, since all these things will be
dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be

DESIGN THIS PLAN?

obey Him,…

dispensation of the grace of God which was given to
me for you,…
Ephesians 3:4-5 by which, when you read, you may

sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the
Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:…

THE BIBLE…”

the Lord our God, but those things which are
revealed belong to us and to our children forever,
that we may do all the words of this law.”
TO UNDERSTAND A
PLAN, WE MUST…
1. Understand or comprehend the entire plan!
“In order to understand fully and perfectly any one
part or element of a system, it is necessary to
have, in the first place, a general and
comprehensive knowledge of the whole. The
several elements must be viewed and
considered in their relations to each other and
to the whole scheme or system of which they
are the component and constituent parts”
(Milligan, page 11).
