number of staff members compared to the

student appeals. This may be an indicator of
the existence of assessment problem .
These academic programs must have
academic standards in order to set the
question banks for the selected courses.

instructed in English.
Have a balanced blend of courses within the
selected academic programs. So courses are
spread on different years (or levels in case of
credit hours system).
