Overview of XBRL Development in China Mainland
• 2002年，中国证监会、沪深证交所、新多利技术有
限公司等开始研究该标准
In 2002，research on XBRL standard started by CSRC, the
SSE and the SZSE, Shanghai New Lido Data Technology
• 2004年，上证所推出XBRL Pilot项目
4月底项目结束时，占上市公司比例14%的118家公司以
XBRL标准报送03年度摘要的实例文档，占比例87%的730
家公司以此报送04年第一季度报告的实例文档。
In 2004，”XBRL Pilot” launched by SSE. By the end of
April, 118 listed companies submitted 2003 annual report
abstract, 730 listed companies submitted 2004 1Q report in
XBRL format which accounted for 14% and 87%,
respectively.

• XBRL标准在沪市上市公司的定期报告信息披露
中逐渐被全面应用
Since then, XBRL standard is gradually fully
used in periodic reporting of listed companies in
Shanghai stock market.
• 目前，上证所已累积上市公司XBRL实例文档超2
万份
Up to May this year, the SSE has cumulated over
20,000 XBRL instance documents of listed
companies

XBRL分类标准制定
SSE XBRL Taxonomy
• 2003年，制定完成工业和商业类上市公司XBRL分类标准。
In 2003, the SSE finished XBRL taxonomy of listed
companies in industrial and commercial sectors
• 2005年9月，该分类体系通过XBRL国际组织的
“Acknowledged” 认证，成为中国第一个获得XBRL国际
认证的分类体系。
In Sep 2005, granted “Acknowledged” certification by the
XBRL International which has been the first granted
taxonomy in China
• 2006年制定基金信息披露分类标准，并成为国际上首个通
过国际组织“Acknowledged”认证的基金分类标准
In 2006, SSE constituted Fund Taxonomy and obtained the
first “Acknowledged” certification in fund industry in the
world.

• 2007年９月，上证所制定完成金融类上市公司分
类标准
In Sep 2007, the SSE constituted XBRL taxonomy
of listed companies in financial sectors
• 2007年底，完成临时公告分类标准，形成较完整
的上市公司信息披露分类标准体系。

company announcement hereby formed
