Business Transformation MasterClass.

This is an interactive workshop that explores what it takes to transform an organisation.
Transformation is considered in its widest sense - making a sustained positive impact on customer

In June we ran a breakfast event which looked at our attempts to transform our organisations
across the private and public sectors, using Deming’s system of management as a lens. We
explored why it is difficult to introduce change consistently and why we struggle to make it
stick. This follow up workshop is offered to explore the topic in more detail. It will include an
interactive exercise that illustrates many of the things wrong with our traditional way of managing
and proposes a refreshing alternative.
