•When writing test questions, please provide the source that supports the test question •Test questions cannot be taken from copyrighted materials. •The content standard and objective for every test question must be included to show what CSO is being tested. •When submitting a test question, be sure to include the answer for each question. •Write your TRUE and FALSE questions so half of your questions' answers are TRUE and half are FALSE
• When entering test questions and answers online, all fields must be completed properly or the question will not be used.
• If a teacher has a question about writing a test question they need to contact the program supervisor for their area.
• Contact information is provided on page 14.
