Ecuador on 8-10 July, 2009, the first virtual symposium in Seoul, Korea on
23 September 2009; in Cairo, Egypt on 2-3 November 2010, in Accra,
Ghana on 7-8 July 2011, and in Seoul, Korea on 19 September 2011.
