People with disabilities are incredibly
capable of complex work, as long as,
they have the training and as long as it’s
systematic. Jobs like this are incredibly
complex, but they’re incredibly
systematic. It actually ends up being a
perfect job,”

Removing Barriers
Creating Opportunities
 People with disabilities have the right to choose a path
toward education and employment. However, while
freedom of choice is given, the right to work is earned.
Earning the right to work is dependent upon the student's
preparation.
