Attractions of Wales
The capital of Wales



Speaking about the sights of Cardiff - capital of Wales – we
should note the following few places , notable from a tourist
point of view. These primarily relates Cathay park. It is
located in the center of the city and has become popular
because of its sculptures and architectural structures. The park
- a living testimony to the rich history of the country. It seems
that it is wonderful in any weather - and on a clear , and on a
rainy day.
Football fans and rugby will appreciate the stadium
"Millennium" , which seats more than 80,000 people.
Cardiff Castle , which once protected the city from the enemy
today is a Victorian mansion . There are several dozen rooms ,
each has own design.



To get acquainted with the Welsh life can be in
a museum in St Fagans . This is one of the
most popular museum in Europe under the
open sky.
Near the town Blaenafon there is a museum mine.
Castles of Wales - the most important part of
the history of the country.



collection of paintings .

The National Botanic Garden of
Wales


The National Botanic Garden of Wales is located near
the town of Carmarthen. At the beginning of the XVII
century palace was built Middleton family. Then the
estate bought by William Paxton , in which he created
a unique water park with a garden , where they grow
a variety of plants , glass houses for peaches and ice
house.



