Fundraiser Policy
The
Fundraiser Program is designed for Non-Profit
Organizations to sell to individual friends and families. Absolutely NO
Sales to Coca-Cola Dealers (Convenience Stores/Grocery
Stores/Drug Stores, etc.)
Cases are delivered by tractor-trailer and dropped off by pallets to an
“outside” designated area by forklifts. Drivers do not have access to
hand trucks so please make sure you have them available. CocaCola can only deliver to public locations. No deliveries to homes or
neighborhood areas are allowed.
Delivery times: All deliveries will have a 1–hour delivery time window.
In the event that you need to swap product or have additional orders,
please contact your Coca-Cola Sales Representative and make sure
you do so within 7 days after delivery. Orders after 7-days will be
considered a separate fund raiser and case price may change.
Additional orders must be a minimum of 20 cases.
