Polymerization
STANDARD POLYMERIZATION:
1. Dip the cuvette in cold water
2. Heat to 70 °C within 30 minutes
3. Maintain the temperature for another 30 minutes
4. Increase the temperature to 100 °C within 30 minutes.
5. Maintain the temperature for another 30 minutes.
The total polymerization time is 2 hours.

ACCELERATED POLYMERIZATION
1. Place the cuvette in cold water.
2. Heat to 100 °C.
3. Maintain the temperature for 45 minutes.
QUICK-BOILING POLYMERIZATION
Suitable only for partial dentures of up to 4 teeth.
• Place the cuvette in boiling water (100 °C).
1. Maintain the temperature for 40 minutes.

 Polymerization directly on the model, without
cuvette.
Suitable only for smaller partial dentures and
denture repairs.
