 Jefferson also made it clear that know one should be treated like slaves, because God created us all equal, not just one set of race; given the fact that we’re all one human race in the eye sight of God. Every human being should be able to earn a fair wage on their own, and should not be owned and traded, because of their race, color, or creed.

W HAT CONCLUSIONS ABOUT THE C ROWN DOES J B RITISH EFFERSON DRAW FROM THE EVIDENCE HE PRESENTS ?

 The conclusions about the British Crown drew from the evidence he presents. Is that the British has violated the right of life and liberty of individuals that they captured for slaves. Who has never harmed them or violated them in anyway. Jefferson introduced evidence and truths that not only did the British Crown want slavery strongly enforced they also wanted to rule over the slaves, obligating slaves to the will of another to control and manipulate them.

 The British Crown also kept an open market where men where men bought and sold every day. Captivating and carrying them into slavery, against there on will. Nevertheless Jefferson presents evidence that not only did the British Crown repeatedly inquire the values and morals of mankind, but the British Crown also took away independence of mankind.

 Jefferson effectively anticipates and refutes the opposition by using the stylistic technique or parallelism. For example in paragraphs three through twenty-nice Jefferson enumerates the “causes” that were mentioned in paragraph one.

 Stanton and Mott used the Declaration of Independence as a guide in writing the Declaration of Sentiments. Stanton and Mott wanted to express to the people that woman should have equal rights. As stated in the Declaration of Independence everyone is created equal, therefore, woman should have equal rights as well. Married woman’s property rights, divorce, and increased educational and employment opportunities for women were among the thirteen resolutions passed.

MENDMENT

 During World War I, woman’s contribution to the war effort helped gain support for woman’s rights. Woodrow Wilson stated that if woman were able to serve our country in the time of war, that they should also be allowed to vote. Many states had enfranchised woman by 1918. However it was not until 1919 that Congress passed the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, it was later ratified in 1920. It stated that a vote shall not denied on account of a person’s sex, therefore, woman had the equal right as men to vote. It had been predicted that the number of voters would have doubled, if woman were allowed to vote, however, there was not a drastic change in the number of voters.

MERICAN SHARE

?

     Rule of Law – A principle that says we should do what our laws say, not the whim of particular individuals. Democracy – A principle describing the degree to which people living in the United States can participate in making a system of representative government. W HAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES OF A DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT ?

  Democratic Government The party promises to restore and/or increase federal funding for social programs, cut defense spending, and reverse the Reagan tax cuts. It advocates more stringent regulation of business in areas such as equal opportunity, workplace safety, and environmental protection.    For the economy, the Democratic Party is committed to economic growth, prosperity, and jobs. For the individual, we are committed to justice, decency, and opportunity. For the nation, we are committed to peace, strength, and freedom.

If offers Americans redistribution instead of expansion, contraction instead of growth, and despair instead of hope. In foreign policy it asserts the rhetoric of freedom, but in practice if follows a policy of withdrawal and isolation.

W HAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES OF A DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT ?

 Democrats generally support government policies that benefit working class families, seek more corporate regulation, and less government influence over the individual. Democrats favor a government that supports lower and middle-income families and workers through higher taxes for corporations and the wealthy. They strongly support government entitlement programs such as social security and healthcare. In social matters, Democrats emphasize personal choice, privacy, and liberty.

Disadvantages of Democracy

It's a form of might-makes-right mob rule, where laws are imposed on the minority by the majority.

If you are in the minority, and no higher rules protect you (like a constitution), you are utterly subject to majority rule.

It allows every member of the society/group to participate in the process, whether they understand the issues being decided or not.
