Styles of Leadership
There are many different styles of leader and leadership Some examples include: The “Snoopy” (Best Friend) The “Stg Slaughter” (Authoriatiran) The “Big Lebowski” (Laid Back Dude) The “Donald Trump” (Businessman) • The type and style of leader depends on the personality of the people involved
Good leaders will alter their style, and the level of freedom they give, depending on the experience and maturity of their group
Roles of Leadership
Every team consists of a variety of people in different roles.
For a team to be successful, each member must perform their “duty”.
Sometimes, the roles may overlap, so it is important for each person to know what duties and tasks are expected for each role.
