WebTMA Report Manager Session
Overview
This session will review the basic functionality of the Report Manager.
Topics include:

Accessing Report Manager
Report Manager can be accessed from the top
menu bar or from the panel bar in the Action Menu.

Finding a Specific Report
Report Selection
Report Parameter
Print Options
Print Options include PDF, HTML, Excel, and Image
PDF - Is the most common report distribution/document format option. In most
cases, the user cannot or does not wish to modify the PDF file.
HTML - Generally renders quickly and is often used for on-screen viewing or printing
simple reports, such as lists.
Excel - Commonly used for further data analysis. One caveat is that sub report fields
do not export into Excel.
Image - Often inserted into presentations, documentation, or other reference
materials.
