Develop an exhibition of Rye’s fishing heritage
as a visitor attraction
Intergenerational project to develop heritage
learning and other associated skills
Development of volunteers for heritage learning
and young people’s activities
Membership Consultation
Objective:
To create a strong working relationship between
the members and the Rye Partnership Board
that best serves the needs of its communities
The aims of the consultation are:
To ascertain whether or not the membership is
representative of the communities it serves
To agree the shape of the membership for the
future
To ascertain what members would like to be
involved in and what is important to them, within
the remit of the Rye Partnership
To agree the best way for members to be
involved in and informed of the projects led by
the Rye Partnership
To consider and agree on the best format and
frequency of future membership meetings

The Environmental tourism project
Develop:
With local business leaders a project to improve
the skills of local businesses
A heritage week project with the Chamber of
Commerce and Rye Museum
A robust plan for the Fisheries site
