Lantern pinion drive mechanism
for carriage provides:
High pull force (10 pf up/down) in
combination with high speed movement
of the carriage (1,28 m/s);


Low load on mast frame in
comparison with traditional schemes;

Possibility to use built-up or jackknife mast while maintaining the ability to
move rotator along the mast;

Simplicity and maintainability;

Possibility to use mast bearing frame
with locked design, that provides high
strength and stiffness of structure.
Developed drive mechanism for carriage is the unique
construction which has no analogues not only in Russian but
elsewhere in the world.

realize drilling by different tools, from screw conveyor (diameter
