Multiplus delivers true space
to-sales merchandising. There

panel. All products are
delivered softly, without been
dropped, to an elevator and
then deposited in spring-loaded
delivery bin.

product display window and the large
promotional panel.

The traditional front glass with inventory and
selections numbers view is replaced by a
display window where to classify the
products in a clear and well organized
manner.

Products are loaded horizontally for fast easy
service. Skip the step of fitting products into
helix spirals.
MULTIPLUS
The Multiplus cabinet
can hold up to 12
trays. Each tray can
hold up to five
selections depending
on the product size.
The channels on each tray are composed of
horizontal motorized bands to hold products.
Inventory is moved forward with product pushers
witch also separate products in a single channel.
Partitions separate the channels in a single tray.

For larger and heavier packages,
product support bars are be used.
This keeps products in a horizontal
position within the channel.
Products are vended from a channel via an
elevator which moves to the shelf. The
elevator then returns to the delivery door
and deposits the product in the springloaded bin for the customer to pick up
The product inventory
is not visible to
customers.
Products
can be placed at any
position within the
main cabinet-chamber.

Any selection can be placed
in
several
different
channels.
When
the
selection
number
is
programmed the product
inventory will be managed
by the Multiplus. It is easy
to reassign a channel to a
new and different product
based on demand at that
location
It is easy to modify the channel set-up on a
tray. Trays can be quickly removed to offer
from 2,3,4 or 5 selections.
This is done by means of two
anchor points which are also
the hinge for the tray

divided in two temperature zones for
refrigerated and ambient storage conditions.

products sold by item, full cash
accountability, and “lost sales” by item
selection.

Machine structure
MULTIPLUS frame is made in
0’6inch (1´5mm) thick steel treated
against corrosion, the front door is
designed to be integrated in cabin
so cannot be forced with a crowbar.

This is composed of the external door and
includes the following elements:
Illuminated promotional panel of 67 x 27 inches 1700 x 700mm
(including the product Display window)
Product Display window of 16 x 26.3 inches 410
x 670mm, organized in two or three levels based
on the number of products to be sold.
Coin entry slot and coin return.
Key board, coin return handle or button and LCD
screen to display the programming and “cash in.”.
Security lock with three anchorage points.
Accepted coins box.

Coin selection
JOFEMAR includes the most advanced
and reliable payment systems in all of our
machines. ICE-PLUS has the J-2000 MDB MULTIPLUS
protocol coin mechanism built with five
(5) return tubes.
This is the most versatile coin
mechanism. It is designed and
programmed to eliminate fraud.
JOFEMAR offers a complete guarantee.
Other payment systems including bill
acceptors or card readers can be added.
Vending operators can personalize the
service and accessories to meet unique
localneed and requirements.
Product cabinet
There can be up to 12 trays with up to five
adjustable channels on each depending on the
product size to be stocked.
Each channel is based on a conveyor and
plastic pushers to move the products forward
Each product is pushed forward by adjustable push
plates depending on the product size and shape.
The partitions between the channels are easily adjustable.
There are support bars included for use when the products
size requires addition al support due to weight or height.

MULTIPLUS
With the isolation tray we
will be able to create a
temperature division for
products
needing
refrigeration and others at
ambient temperature. This
special tray can be place
beneath any product tray so
this will define the number
of channels destined for
each article kind.
Elevator
When a product is selected by the consumer
the elevator moves up to the shelf/tray where
it is stocked. The channel motor is engaged
and moves the product to the elevator.
Electronic sensors confirm that each step is
completed.
The elevator moves the product forward into
the delivery bin, where a spring-loaded tray
allows for a soft landing.

Programming system
MULTIPLUS as all JOFEMAR machines offer
a wide possibilities range for programming
channels configuration and products prices.
At location through machine
keyboard and programming button.
Through JOFEMAR card reader incorporated or used
as a programming portable element. Recording a 32K
card with a desired configuration we will be able to
introduce it later in the machine just in seconds.
By PC computer and JOFEMAR programming
software we can connect it straight to the machine
and introduce the complete configuration.
Through telephone in its line or modem versions, if this
option has been fixed we will be able to send a complete
configuration from our work place to the machine location.

Fonovending
A public telephone designed by
JOFEMAR can be integrated with
the Multiplus.
MULTIPLUS
This offers advantages for the
consumers using the machine and
will increase profitability by
offering this service to the public.
The telephone modem can be used
to access the machine for
programming and telemetry to
monitor operations, inventory, and
sales results, cash/coin supply data,
and operating status for service and
restocking frequency.

Card reader
Adding a card reader allows for transactions
when potential customers have no cash/coins.
Sales are always higher with cashless systems,
since people spend more when not “counting
out the money by hand.” Card systems can be
personalized for locations and by individual
users for loading and reloading cards.

The advanced JOFEMAR card reader systems can be
adapted to go beyond the normal card reader functions. They
can also be used as an additional programming elements in
managing the machine functions.
Bill acceptor
Adding a bill reader will depend on products to
be sold and prices to be set.
The new JOFEMAR bill reader is
designed for perfect recognition of all
bills programmed. It is an MDB device
and is fully compatible with any of our
machines.
