Standardization Work Related to Wibree / ULP Bluetooth
It is not sufficient to standardize the radio protocol, which is only the transport layer.
One will also have to precisely define the data types and the meaning of the data being
transported.
IEEE 11073 Personal Health Data Work Group

ISO / IEEE 11073-20601
A common framework for an abstract model of personal health data available in transport
independent transfer syntax required to establish logical connections between systems,
provide presentation capabilities and services needed to perform communication tasks.
