Established joint venture with Shandong Province (Qingdao)
government as one of the earliest credit management companies in
China.
Dec 1993 – Mar 1994
China branch offices commenced business and operation - Beijing,
Shanghai, Dalian, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
Aug 1994
Appointed as book-debt collector for the Official Receiver’s Office, Hong
Kong Government.
Nov 1998
Established joint venture in Sri Lanka.

9th Asiagate Annual Conference held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The annual
meeting was held together with the International Credit Risk Management
Seminar, launched one day earlier. Total Credit Management Hong Kong’s
CEO - Benedict Wong gave a talk on “International Receivable Management”
in the seminar. The events were successful with overwhelming support and
response from the members and visitors.
