Seniorgården AB
Seniorgården AB is a subsidiary of
JM AB and was established in 1990.
Seniorgården builds homes for
people aged 55 and over.
Since 1993, the company has
developed some 5,000 apartments
for seniors, and about 1,500
apartments in care homes,
amounting to 60-70% of this
segment in the Stockholm region.

Sweden’s most satisfied clients
Seniorgården’s residence, Majro, in
Stockholm was named Sweden’s Best
Residential Project 2013.
This project has the most satisfied clients of
any residence in Sweden in 2013, and
received a CSI rating* of 88 out of a
maximum 100 points, compared to a
segment average of 74 in 2013.
In 2010, Seniorgården won the Best
Residential Project for its Rosariet
development in Malmö which had a CSI of
84.
