Coming From the North
Take Ventura (Hwy 180) exit off Hwy 99 in Fresno. Turn left (east).
Follow Ventura as it curves right into Kings Canyon. Follow this for
approximately 1½ miles. Turn left on Cedar and take the first right
into UMC. Visitor parking is on the right about 100 yards in.
From the Airport
Take the first right out of the Terminal onto Clinton. Go west for
approximately 2 miles. Turn left on Cedar and continue south for
2½ miles. Just past Roosevelt High School (on left) is UMC. Turn
left after the Emergency Dept. entrance. Go approximately 100
yards. Visitor parking is on the right.

right on Chance Ave. It curves left. Turn
left into visitor parking.
The Family Practice Office
The Family Health Center is
approximately 2 blocks north behind the
fenced Doctors parking. You can enter
through the clinic or from around back
(east side) between the Children’s
Clinic and Family Practice. The Family
Practice Department is upstairs in the
North Wing of the building. Rhonda’s
office is the first one on the right.

Turn left (west) on Jensen
Go three lights to Elm Ave.
From University Medical Center (UMC)
Go north on Cedar one long block to Tulare St.
Turn left (west) and continue about 1½ miles.
Stay left as you cross Hwy 41 and get on 41
going south. Merge onto Hwy 99. Take the first
exit (Jensen Ave). Turn right (west) on Jensen
and go two lights to Elm Ave.
