RDP TEKKEM SLAKING SYSTEM
TEKKEM is a batch system that uses load cells to
make a “perfect batch” of lime every time. Lime is
delivered via a continuous loop operating at scouring
velocity providing a precise quantity of lime to multiple
points, automatically, through a PLC controlled
operating system.

The accuracy of the TEKKEM System
is derived through the use of load cells
Load Cell [lohd /sel]: an electronic weighing
device that is simple yet precise
1. We add a precise quantity of water to a
known quantity of lime to optimize the chemical
reaction.
2. More importantly, we can make precise
adjustments to maintain the optimum
temperature to compensate for changes in lime
and water characteristics.
