First 3 wells (red) were from our own
colonies, 4th one (orange) from Lasse.
3rd one, not the expected DNA-fragment.

What might have gone wrong


First PCR might have been a pipetation error.
Third PCR, third colony: The PCR prep. might
have failed, since if there was a colony it
should have been ok.
