Signatures Rules Messages 25 megabytes in size or larger Frequent Contacts Hyperlinks within e-mail messages (typed-out URLs can remain, but are not clickable) Extended address book fields (some fields, such as birthdays, may not migrate if they were used) Archived items (if opt-in survey was not completed) Junk Mail Handling lists Messages in the GroupWise Trash POST MIGRATION • Review top 10 post migration items! • http://oit.wvu.edu/office365/migrate/top10after/ • Remove old mobility account and connect with new account • Post migration drop-in session on Tuesday after go live for mobility questions or general how-to questions GENERAL ITEMS • Voice mail integration will continue for existing users – You will need to periodically log into your voice mail box with your phone and save or delete the voice messages. – The copies of the messages that are sent to your Office365 email address are separate copies and are not tied back to the voice mail system. – Any requests for new activation of this service should be made via the OIT Service Desk 293-4444 GENERAL ITEMS • Archives, if requested, will be migrated the week after go live. – A new folder named ‘GroupWise Archive’ will appear in your main folder list when the items are migrated.
