• Conversion starts at 5 p.m. on Friday
– Access to GroupWise removed
– Most users will have current mail by Monday, but large
mailboxes may continue to migrate through the week.
• Review top 10 items to complete before the
migration!

POST MIGRATION
• Review top 10 post migration items!

• Remove old mobility account and connect with
new account
• Post migration drop-in session on Tuesday after
go live for mobility questions or general how-to
questions
GENERAL ITEMS
• Voice mail integration will continue for existing users
– You will need to periodically log into your voice mail
box with your phone and save or delete the voice
messages.
– The copies of the messages that are sent to your
Office365 email address are separate copies and are
not tied back to the voice mail system.
– Any requests for new activation of this service should
be made via the OIT Service Desk 293-4444
GENERAL ITEMS
• Archives, if requested, will be migrated the week
after go live.
– A new folder named ‘GroupWise Archive’ will appear
in your main folder list when the items are migrated.
