Split transactions old SDOL process to new SDOL process
The login process
For old SDOL it was www.reports.rbsone.com
Your user id and password is still required For new SDOL it now is www.rbsbusinesscard.com

Selecting date range
In old SDOL, the process was
1.
Select the Financial tab 2.
Select account summary 3.
Select the Billing Cycle 4.
Select the VIEW button 3

Now with new SDOL, the process is
1.
From the home page select either
Total Transactions
link or
Transaction Summary
from the Account Activity menu 2.
Select the Reporting Cycle, then Search 4

To split a transaction
In old SDOL, the process was

From the Transaction Summary screen select the Split Icon

Select number of splits, maximum of 100

Choose amount or percent, save then allocate coding

Type the number of splits required, choose by percent or amount, select ADD

Type amount or percent values, type description and SAVE

Expand All 2
Select Edit Accounting Codes and code the transaction SAVE Accounting Codes when done
Next Transaction
will take you to the next split to code Split items will show on Transaction Summary screen
