 UNR operates as a diversified construction company focusing on
two distinct segments of the market:


Developing multi-functional multi-flat residential complexes, primarily in
Moscow
Produce and supply infrastructure projects
 UNR constructs numerous architectural designs while creating
infrastructures within each residential complex equipped with
reliable and modern technology

Building plot with the area of 13 hectares is surrounded by a large forest not far away from
MKAD in the prestigious western area of Moscow vicinity. The residential section of the
complex consists of sectional houses of variable number of floors (7-12 ).
The complex territory will comprise: a childcare center on 220 places, a school on 732 places,
a sport and recreation center with a pool, a supermarket, a department store, a restaurant and a
cafe.
Development consists of eight stages with the first two completed by the end of 2010, stages
III and IV started in the first Q of 2011 and expected to be completed before the end of the
second Q of 2011.
 The planned gross area of the project in 2,101,408 square feet

 Reconstructs bridges and viaducts with high quality work satisfying
international requirements

Over the past five years UNR has reconstructed more than 100km of Federal
highways (excluding local and rural roads)
 UNR Holdings holds the patent for a unique roadbed product, Prudon-494,
which helps make roadbeds more stable
 Involved in other activities such as demolition, large-scale earthwork and
grading, dewatering, structural concrete and road maintenance (recurring
revenue)
 Possesses expertise in dealing with extreme climactic zones

 Prudon 494 is a proprietary patented technology developed by UNR to
make roadbeds more stable by forming a base beneath asphalt similar to a
net
 Product can also be used for other uses including:


Reinforcement of earth banks, bridge bases, ski slopes
Construction of airports
 Company has ongoing projects developing highways in Moscow, St.
Petersburg and Minsk
 Prudon 494 will be used in the Winter Olympics at Sochi in 2014 in the
“Rosa Hutor” complex
