God or Supreme Soul is the Generator or creator of the new world, Operator or
sustainer of the creation and Destroyer of the old world. God is absolutely
benevolent being , and His nme Shiva means – benefactor of all.

Soul is a sentient point of metaphysical light
energy
It can be compared to a battery having 7 cells
of different colours of VIBGYOR spectrum
These spiritual energies can be visualized as
photon fields of the VIBGYOR spectrum as
shown in the picture, and each field (cell) can
be filled with corresponding energy from God
Shiva through 7rays Rajyoga meditation
The photon fields have been identified with
different attributes based on intuitions &
personal experiences, Godly knowledge &
technical information on Chakras (plexuses) in
the subtle body.
Chakras have their own photon fields of
VIBGYOR spectrum. Although these linkages
are not mandatory, following the same will be
helpful in understanding Healing meditation
which helped the author to remove spectacles
and control diabetes.




Visualize the self in its seed form with the
VIBGYOR colour spectrum representing the seven
basic attributes.
Reach the soul-world through mind and intellect,
visualize God Shiva spreading His basic attributes as
seven colours (VIBGYOR) to the infinity.
Now visualize each ray illuminating the
corresponding VIBGYOR field of the self, one by
one, perceiving each attribute, filling the same within
the self, distributing the same to millions of souls in
the universe (view the 7-Ray Rajyoga VCD)

God Shiva’s basic attributes – bliss, knowledge, peace, love,
joy, purity and power (might) – visualized as rays of
VIBGYOR spectrum respectively.
These are focused on to the seven plexuses (chakras) in the
subtle (etheric) body, one by one.
The photon fields of the chakras represent spiritual energy of
the subtle (etheric) body, and hence they naturally attract likeenergy of the soul / Supreme Soul. As per the law of attraction,
positive spiritual (meta-physical ) energies attract positive
(like) energies; unlike physical energy wherein positive and
negative attract each other.

When the spiritual energy is aligned to the physical
energy of the linked elements the latter become
purified, empowered and activated both at the
micro level (within the body) and at the macro
level (within the universe).
By this, the organs of the body having predominance
of these elements become purified, empowered,
activated and start functioning optimally, and this
results in the cure of diseases caused by their
imbalance

Spiritual energy of the Supreme Soul, when
focussed on the subtle body, is attracted to the
piexus (Chakra) by the law of ‘like attracts
the like’.
this spiritual energy purifies, empowers and
activates the linked element in the body at
micro-level, and the same element in nature at
macro-level.

When earth, water, fire,air and space elements are
purified fully, the old world is transformed into the
New world of pure elements. Pure souls and pure
elements combine to create pure human beings called
deities.
The world of deities is known as Paradise,Heaven,
Bahist , Swarg and so on. In this world there is
perfect harmony between soul and nature, or between
physical and meta-physical energies

Our bones, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments,
skin, teeth, hair nails and other solid structures
of the body are predominantly comprised of
the Earth element linked to root plexus .
By mentally focusing the red might-rays of
God Shiva the Almighty over the subtle body
these rays automatically converge to root
plexus that is linked to Earth element

As a result, earth element is purified,
empowered and activated both at micro
(within the body) and at macro (within the
universe) levels.
Consequently, defects of bones, muscles,
tendons and other solid structures get healed
2. FOCUSSING PURITY-RAYS ON
SACRAL(Swadhishtan) PLEXUS




Sacral plexus is predominantly linked to Water element which
contributes to about 80% of our body-weight.
By focusing orange rays of Purity on to the sacral plexus all
the body fluids (both intra-cellular and extra-cellular) get
purified, empowered and activated.
This plexus regulates blood, lymph ( immune system) ,male
and female gonads (reproduction system), urine, stools and
perspiration (excretion system ). Hence diseases related to
these systems like ailments of kidney, bladder, uterus and the
bowels can be cured easily when this meditation is combined
with traditional treatment.
Purity rays of God help in curing AIDS and blood-cancer also,

SOLAR (Manipur) PLEXUS





Solar plexus is predominantly linked to Fire element which
regulates appetite, thirst, sleep, laziness and tiredness
By focusing yellow rays of Joy on solar plexus Fire element of
the body and the universe get purified, empowered and
activated
Energy cycle in all the 100 trillion cells of the body starts
spinning fast and this helps to reduce excess blood sugar
Increase in BMR causes faster cell regeneration in pancreas,
liver, spleen, stomach, intestine and components of the eye
This helps in curing diabetes, improving vision and removal of
spectacles

4.FOCUSSING LOVE-RAYS ON HEART
(Anahad) PLEXUS



Heart plexus is predominantly linked to Air element
and its five functions of air- moving (chalan),
holding (dharan), impelling (kshepan), constricting
(sankochan) and broadcasting (prasaran)
All the above functions of air regulate the cardio
vascular and respiratory systems
By focusing green love-energy (photon rays) on the
Heart Plexus all blockages of the respiratory and
cardio-vascular systems are opened up and the
hardened blood vessels become pliable , thus
increasing oxygen supply to the body

THROAT (Vishudha) PLEXUS




Throat plexus is predominantly linked to Space
element that regulates sound, and the five vices (lust,
anger, greed, attachment and arrogance ) born out of
it
This plexus also regulates functions of ear, nose and
throat (ENT) as well as the respiratory passages
By focusing blue peace-energy ( photon rays) to this
plexus asthma , sinus problems, stiff neck, hearing
problems are relieved
It enhances hearing faculty and make us vice-less for
half a kalpa

6.FOCUSSING KNOWLEDGE (TRUTH)
RAYS ON BROW (Ajna or Agya) PLEXUS



Brow plexus is predominantly linked to the mental body or
Intellect and it regulates the brain (nervous system), pituitary,
hypothalamus (endocrine system) and their functions
By focusing indigo photon rays of Knowledge on the brow
plexus, the intellect gets divinized (purified, empowered
activated )
The divine intellect rules over the conscious and sub-conscious
mind, and controls the five sense organs and five elements
linked to them. All the diseases of the systems mentioned
above get cured too. It enhances power of concentration, willpower, memory and I.Q.

(Sahasrar or Param) PLEXUS



Crown plexus is predominantly linked to emotional
body or Mind and this regulates the functions of
Pineal gland and the endocrine, nervous and immune
systems
By focusing violet photon rays of Bliss a state of
balance is established between knowledge and power,
between feminine and masculine energies, between
disintegrating and synthesizing energies
All kinds of fears within the inner child get absolved
and we become a care-free emperor and enjoy the
state of ecstasy
