Visits, audits and evaluations are part of
ECHO’s job (art. 21-25)

Evaluation becomes an important phase of the
operations

Both ECHO and the HO must garantee the
evaluation of the operations

The HO shall be able to include in its financing
request the cost related to this evaluation
providing in the proposal the terms of reference
[art 22.2.]

