TC 461 was founded in 2004 according to joint Federal Agency on Technical
Regulating and Metrology (GOST R) and Federal Agency on Education
Order.
Moscow State Technological University “Stankin” is the directing agency for
TC 461
The main responsibilities:
• Development and harmonization of national standards with international
standards in the areas of quality management and information technologies
• Standing National Body of two Subcommittees of ISO/IEC JTC1:
SC7 “System and Program Engineering” and SC36 “Information
Technology for Learning, Education and Training”
