Prosper Construction Co. Ltd established in Kenya since the early 80’s and has
been registered to carry out works on a variety of spectrums.
Our experience ranges from building Hospitals, Clinics, Churches and Schools
in the remote parts of Kenya to High spec houses in the up market parts of
Nairobi, but on a broader picture our clientele included DANIDA (Danish Aid
Agency), Family planning association of Kenya (world bank funded hospitals),
Various Italian/English missionaries schools, clinics and churches, World
Vision, AMDA (Japanese NGO) Mobil oils and some development partners in
and around Nairobi.
Apart from these the principals have also acted as project managers on many
large projects such as power stations, roads and drainage and other infra
structure projects in other parts of East Africa and management and co
ordination of construction of sizeable projects in London ranging from top
end London residential to standard quick turnaround apartment blocks in the
east end of London and on the commercial side in Nursing homes, private jet
hangers and lounges at a small London airport and office conversions and
refurbishments of historic buildings within the London Conservation area.
A lot of the projects have not just been the traditional contracts, but have
been on a design and build basis which has given us the experience of
carrying out value engineering to suit our budgets and this requires the
technical knowledge of understanding the range of products and regulatory
compliances.
We have always prided in delivering the projects not only to our clients
satisfaction but to ours and our teams satisfaction, and technically equipped
with knowledge second to none, in fact to the point that a lot of the
consultants we works with regularly revert to us for technical advice.
