Physical health
• Games Day: A day is specially marked for the staff and non-teaching staff members to indulge in a particular sport, e.g. floor ball.
• Hongbao Treasure Hunt: Staff members (according to their levels) went on a treasure hunt for red packets that were hidden
around the school premises.
• MOE Healthy Lifestyle Walk-a-Jog: All AM staff participated in this event.A few were awarded Certificates of Achievement for
their active participation.
• Archery Clinic: Staff members were treated to a complimentary archery class where basic archery skills were taught.
• “OLIVE”: Sections of “Workstation Exercises” were extracted from the OLIVE cd-rom and screened on the LCD screen in the
staff room to encourage the staff to carry out simple exercises while working at their stations.
• Amazing Race

Social health
• Mystery Pals: Through drawing lots, staff and non-teaching staff members were allocated pals. They prepared small gifts of
encouragement and support and placed them secretly on their mystery pals’ workstations. At the end of the week
long activity, the mystery pals would reveal who they are.
• Celebration of staff members’ birthdays: The CHAMPS (Parent Volunteer Group) was roped in to design and create birthdays
gifts for the staff members. These mementos were given out monthly.
• ‘Zero’ Medical Leave: Staff members who did not take any medical leave for the first semester and the whole year were
rewarded with certificates of commendation and NTUC cash vouchers respectively.
• Cash Vouchers on Labour Day: The EAS (non-teaching staff) were presented with a voucher of $80 each as a form of
recognition of their services to the school.
• TAF Overseas Trip to Kluang, Johor, Malaysia: 10 staff members took part in this trip.
• CHAMPS Social Nite: The CHAMPS (Parent Volunteer Group) holds a social nite gathering annually. The bonding between
parents and staff members is strengthened as they come together for food and participate in games and
lucky draws.
• Teachers’ Day High Tea: All Staff and non-teaching staff members were treated a High Tea reception at The Carousel at Park
Royal Hotel by the SAC members.
• End of Year Dinner and Dance: A Dinner and Dance function is held at the end of every year for all staff and non-teaching staff
members to come together to boost better rapport with one another.
