bold new designed Corrosion Coupon Racks are going to raise the bar in corrosion monitoring. With injected molded coupon holders, integral awning, catch/work shelf, tough light- weight housing and factory included mounting system, these coupon racks will be the new favorite in the industry.

"GTP"

knows that the precise treatment of any system is critical for maximum longevity and it's efficiency. Adding a Corrosion Coupon Rack to your system enables you to monitor the effectiveness of your chemical treatment program. This simple, low cost, addition to your system can help alleviate serious problems that may be developing.

Corrosion Coupon Racks

Plastic corrosion racks for cooling water loops. The standard model

(shown to the right)

is ¾” Sch80 PVC. Optionally they can be ordered in CPVC or in 1” piping. All models come complete with injection molded coupon holders, sample set screw, inlet/outlet isolation valves, pipe hangers, backboard, awning/catch basin, ID tags, safety chains and wall mount brackets Base model options, like CPVC and 1” piping is typically the customer or the specifying engineers choice.

Optionally they can be ordered with flow control valves, Flow indicators, Y-strainers, sampling valves and clear pipe segments. Flow valves help regulate the fluid velocity through the coupon rack. This will ensure similar flow patterns to the system flow and deter high velocity erosion. Y-strainer collect foreign particles for removal and sample valves allow the water treater to collect sample liquid for analysis.

Clear pipe segments allow the user to view the sample while in the process stream, but do change the conditions when outside by adding UV light to the sample.

Steel corrosion racks for hot water loops. The standard models

is ¾” carbon steel. Optionally they can be ordered in stainless steel or in 1” piping. All models come complete with injection molded coupon holders, sample set screw, inlet/outlet isolation valves, pipe hangers, backboard, awning/catch basin, ID tags, safety chains and wall mount brackets Base model options, like stainless steel and 1” piping is typically the customer or the specifying engineers choice.

Model Numbering

Model Number Example: PCR 4 07

/SVP-FI10

“PCR” This is for the base material of the coupon rack. PCR = PVC, CCR = CPVC, CSCR = Carbon Steel, SSCR = Stainless Steel “4” is for the number of coupon points in the rack. This is available from 1-6 points.

“07” is for the size of the piping. Coupon racks are available in “07” or ¾” pipe or “10” which is 1” pipe.

is where we start adding the options. Like “FC” flow control valves, “FI” flow indicators, “SV” sample valves, “YS Y Strainers and “CLR” clear pipe segments.

NOTE:

Not all options are available on all models and addition of some option may limit operating parameters, please contact factory for help.

Metal Samples / Evaluation

General Treatment Products does offer the pre weighted metal sample for testing your process. They are designed to fit the GTP corrosion coupon racks and may not fit all other brands. Each sample is stamped material ID and serial number.

After testing, they can be returned to the lab for a complete write up on the water program. We use one of the two labs below.
