 Each site’s inventory list is compiled from data derived from vendor deliveries, Computrace (computer tracking agent) and manual updates (if any)

DISTRICT COMPUTER INVENTORY SYSTEM  Sites are to update and complete their non-CCTP computer inventory by January 30, 2015  Sites are to continue updating the District Computer Inventory System even after the deadline  Other equipment such as printers, scanners, faxes, etc. may be included for the site’s inventory purpose but needs to be identified as non-computers
