– Double US HG membership recruitment in the next 5
years
 Currently 8,200 average per year
– Increase US HG retention, specifically first-year
members (and graduate students)
 2012: 85.2% (38.8% first-year HG, 74.0% GSM)

order to reinforce the value of IEEE
membership

the several staff/IEEE initiated arrears
campaigns
