Robert (Bob) Shiflet
Bob joined Citigroup in December 2011 as the Head of Global Fraud
Operations. He is responsible for integrating fraud risk prevention,
detection, and recovery capabilities within all servicing channels for the
Global Consumer Bank.
In this role, Bob works closely with Independent Risk, CSIS, Enterprise
Risk Management, Information Security, and all supported lines of
businesses to ensure fraud control capabilities and approaches are
coordinated.

Fraud Operations Bob has served on MasterCard’s Global and U.S. Fraud Advisory
Councils, Visa’s Risk Council, and has chaired the Identity Theft
& Execution
Assistance Center Board of Directors.

David Callington
With over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, David
currently has responsibility for all aspects of fraud risk management
across the Lloyds Banking Group
Previous roles have seen him obtain significant experience in the card,
acquisition, retail banking and first party fraud arena which has included
sitting on various industry bodies such as the Visa UK Risk Working
Group and MasterCard UK Security Committee.

Other specialties of Dave’s include; executive stakeholder management,
managing enterprise wide fraud reduction programs, and development
and operationalizing cross channel fraud detection systems.

Stephen Conway
Stephen, a fraud management expert with over 35+ years financial
services experience is currently the Head of Customer Contacts Fraud
and Charge-Backs at RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland).
Stephen joined RBS straight out of school and has held various
positions including Heading up Electronic Banking Operations in the
early 2000’s and most recently Head of Prevention Operations out of
Edinburgh.

Stephen also spent time running the flag-ship branch of RBS in Central
Edinburgh expanding his knowledge of banking and customer
knowledge, early in his career.
Stephen is also a qualified Chef.
