Overview – ACD Reports (Screen)
- For example, CA module monitors “Current Waiting Call” of CA Supervisor always
and makes report of “Max. waiting Calls”.
- CA supervisor has to work always. (Log-in to un-used extension is recommended.)

Overview – Conference Bridge
Meet me conference and scheduled conference (Automatic call for
conference) are provided by Poltys Appliance” hardware.
It is connected to PBX as SIP phone. (CTI connection is not used.)

customer using extension phone. CA user can program several customers
to contact and activate this feature when CA user is not so busy.
