service improvements

To promote and publicise the work of the NIEP
(Highways) Group and other best practice
examples nationally in collaboration with other key
stakeholders, eg. ADEPT and HELG

To build on existing RIEPs’ and other key
stakeholders’ work to provide a sector-led
approach at a national level for local government
on highways and transportation
